By downloading, installing, or using Circle Back Friends ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Circle Back Friends is a personal relationship management application that helps you maintain connections with friends and family by tracking contact cadences and providing reminders.
User Accounts
To use Circle Back Friends, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Upload malicious code or content
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Circle Back Friends and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as contact notes and logs). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circle Back Friends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
